Itinerary and Information


PLEASE NOT THAT DUE TO ON-GOING BUILDING WORK AT THE HOTEL, PALM COURT ROOF BEING REPAIRED, IF WORK IS NOT COMPLETED BREAKFAST WILL BE SERVED IN THE LANCASTRIAN SUITE AND OUR FUNCTION ROOM WILL BE THE WASHINGTON SUITE AT THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE HOTEL

Car park
The hotel has changed its car parking policy. It now uses Parking eye to capture the number plates of cars entering the car park. Our booking at the hotel for residents includes parking. So that you will not be charged for parking, please ensure your correct registration number is entered onto the screen at reception and how many days you are staying.

Wrist bands
Are still available for both Friday and Saturday night via the online shop. However, for those staying at the hotel, these will be included in your welcome pack.

Drinks discount
Will be applied in all bars on production of your room key card and will be available in all private function bars.

Noah`s Arc shop
Will be open both Friday and Saturday, selling a few small items and for those who have pre ordered items. This will be situated in a room (TBC) near the Washington suite between the hours of 12.00pm and 13.30.

Seating plan
Please remember to Contact Lisa Craddock (was Shaw) via messenger, so she can add you to the seating plan, otherwise you can add your name to the plan, which will be on display over the weekend.

Raffle/Tombola
There will be a Tombola and Raffle only this year, so if anyone has any items they wish to donate, please bring them along.

* We are also hoping The Gurkha Welfare Trust will have a stall set up in the reception area on both Friday and Saturday.

* A photographer will be set up in the Louis’ room on Saturday from 17:30pm to take any formal photographs required. They will also be taking random pictures at both functions that will be available for download via a password protected website.

19:00-01:00 Function in Washington suite. ‘Hero’s’ theme fancy dress (optional)
Touch The Pearl will perform till late. Followed by disco

17:30-18:30 Drinks reception in Louis room along with formal photographs if required
18:20-18:45 10minute taps and Dinner call. Guests to make their way to the Washington suite
19:00 All guest to be seated for Welcome and toast to absent friends (Bar will be closed during the toast and presentation)
19:30-0100 Gala Dinner with background music provided by 10 piece ensemble, followed by Disco

Dress for the Gala Dinner is Black Tie or Smart Suit and Tie
