Such sad sad news.

After a long period of absence from most things internet related i thought i would just catch up on Regimental news.

I'm devastated to read the passing of my Commanding Officer, 11B Commander, and a great member of the crew of 11 Bravo 'The Emperor'. Your leadership was an inspiration to me and i sincerely valued the chats we had when we last saw each other.

Only in times of great hardship and pressure do you see the true character of an individual and in those moments you excelled, you will surely be missed by both Peers and contemporaries.

Sun Tzu
"Regard your soldiers as your children, and they will follow you into the deepest valleys; look upon them as your own beloved sons, and they will stand by you even unto death."

It has an honour Sir. Until we meet again.

Corporal Steve Redgrave.
