We regret to inform you of the death of Gerard "Nicholas" Preston on Wednesday 16th August, aged 73.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday 30th August, at Rochdale Crematorium.
Sorry to hear of Ged's passing, l remember the name well, though l have no specific recollections of great adventures with him.
Having also lived in Rawtenstall, Rossendale, perhaps we got together there ... during the fog of time.
RiP Ged, you are remembered.
